    We're looking for ideas for projects, research topics, and institutional changes which would help with issues, problems, and opportunities associated with homeland security, counterproliferation, and future warfare. We are particularly interested in ideas on how to best use Guard and Reserve personnel, experience, and other assets in each of the above.
